“Theatre of the Wild”
The sight of dust-red elephant wallowing, rolling and spraying each other with the midnight blue waters of palm-shaded Galana River is one of the most evocative images in Africa. The park forms the largest protected area in Kenya and is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust –red elephant, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk and the prolific bird life features 500 recorded species.
DETAILED ITINERARY:
DAY 1: NAIROBI / TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK
You will be picked up from the airport or your hotel in the Morning and depart for Tsavo East where upon arrival at your lodge/camp, you will check in, have your lunch and have a rest before going for your evening game drive in search of wildlife. The park is famous for its large herds of elephants covered in red dust and fine scenery.
Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/camp.
DAY 2: TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK
On this day, you will have your breakfast before going for a game drive. During your game drive, you will have a chance of seeing the big cats of Tsavo and other animals like the vast herds of dust –red elephant, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser Kudu and gerenuk. Later on, go back to the lodge for your lunch and a short rest before going for an evening game drive in search of more wildlife.
Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/camp.
DAY 3: TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK / NAIROBI
After your breakfast in the morning, you will depart your lodge/camp with an en-route game drive as you exit the park and head to Nairobi. Thus, completing this wonderful safari with us.
